By doing the little extra I mean take the stairs not the lift, walk to shops and leave the car at home, clench your bum while making a meal (I’m not joking, it works). These little extra things can radically improve your bum and keep the weight loss moving. Every time you do these things imagine your bum getting better and better, it will keep you on track. Try it, it’s kind of fun!
Bum Weight Loss Tip No. 3: It’s about calories in minus calories out people
If you’re one of the unlucky ones you’re weight gets stored to your bum and thighs first. If you’re agreeing to this then it must be fair to say you are storing fat in your bum area. To combat this we need to ensure you’re eating the right type of foods and doing exercise (don’t panic, exercise comes in all shapes and sizes!). If your body sees too much of a resource it stores it for later use, this means it’s storing fat it isn’t burning. We need to discipline your body that we don’t want this with more healthy food and light exercise. Exercise could mean more walking, light jogging, walking the dog, anything that means you’re working a little harder. After a week this increases your metabolism, makes you sleep better and makes you feel firmer in the places you want.
Bum Weight Loss Tip No. 4: Bend with your knees and not your back!
Often people bend down using their back instead of using their legs and knees. While this is not only bad for your back it’s also depriving your bum of a good workout! Next time you need to bend down for something, do your bum a favour and bend with your knees. It makes you more flexible, saves your back from strain, burns more calories and gives your bum the weight loss exercise it needs to slim down and tone up. So remember, do your bum a favour!
