People who struggle to lose weight and keep it off are those people who often complain, they are often discourage by their past failures, always negative and always blaming other things, people and situation over their failures. However, if you want to be successful in any ways possible you have to come to the reality of self-awareness. Admit that something is wrong and that you needed change in your life. For me personally, I trigger the mind first before I start to work on the body. Losing weight is not a sudden outburst of energy and effort; it is a total mind shift. Unless you sculpted the mind about the right way of living with food and exercise, you cannot expect positive result in the long run.

Plan your game; you cannot enter the battlefield unprepared. The best way to be prepared, is to study and learn from your failures, understand where you came from, what causes you to act and behave differently with food, what excuses you not to exercise and in what type of emotion you normally respond differently with food? When you fully understand those weak points, then it is about time that you make a list of your plans and goals, including what situations and emotions to avoid.

Before you commit in any types of programs and diet, ask your physician first, different body response differently with diet plans and programs. You cannot just swallow all information the net or a person has given you, be keen and observed with a receptive and analytical mind. It frustrates me a lot everytime they fails their weight loss plan because someone suggested a better way to lose weight. Remember that you are not a machine; you have one body, one life, which means you have to be responsible to it.

Once you have establish the best plan that yout think will best soothe you in the long run or even for life, then you must ACT on it! You cannot be a dreamer if you want result! You should start now!
